The goal of the implementation of the BizTalk server was to increase the efficiency of the sales team's activities by promptly synchronizing
the relevant information from Microsoft Dynamics NAV with the CRM system Camos.
The BizTalk server serves here as the central point of data transfer and, using bidirectional communication, coordinates the data between
the two systems in a timely manner. This guarantees a significantly higher transaction security - in comparison to a simple hub system.
All interfaces were implemented to be able to respond to any structural changes.
At the same time, the impuls solution ensures the system's availability: Even if one interface fails, the others remain untouched - an
advantage that quickly paid off.
NOKIA
The goal for this project was to set up a central communication platform that brings together the specialized systems from the different
departments to one standard system solution.
This involved the integration of JMS Pro, Way RTS (Wassermann), Team-Center (CAD application), and Dynamics NAV (ERP system).
The following processes were mapped: finished notification from production orders, put-away/confirmation from purchased parts, retrieval
of customer order data, transfer of the manufacturing structure, finished production orders, parts lists.
The use of the BizTalk server puts the focus on the goals of the business: high data security and stability, fast implementation,
